In France, the"angiology's specialist" treat the vascular deseases : artery, vein, lymphatic and micro-circulation (except cardiology).
My three specific practises in phlebology are :
- sclérotherapy (with or without foam / with or without ultrasound guidance),
- ambulatory phlebectomy
- vein stripping (generally without crossectomy)
- the laser (EVLT) is sometimes useful.
